Interior Designer
Responsibilities
Creating attractive and functional design schemes in collaboration with Project Directors
Daily activities are commonly:
- Creative space planning / design
- Concept / mood imagery / colour schemes
- Presentations / pitch documents
- 3D visualisation
Working days / hours
- Full time, permanent
Location
- Office based for first 2-3 months
- Ongoing – hybrid or office based as preferred – a minimum of 2 days/week in the Design Centre (Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4RW)

The Individual
Skills
- High level of competence in using SketchUp is essential
- High level of competence with CAD is essential
- Strong space planning skills are essential
- Design logic – practicality and reasoning that underlies designs created
Personality
- Proactive, organised and hard working as well as being happy to work in a small business environment.
- Cheerful and accommodating
- Ability to absorb pressure in busy times
- Driving licence required
- Working to deadlines
