We are a small and fast-growing business that works with private schools to design and develop their buildings, fit for a 21st century education.

The Role

Purpose

Arrange client visits with decision makers at qualifying schools

Likely daily activities

  • Building relationships on the phone
  • Follow up emails/letters
  • Targeted postal mailings
  • LinkedIn
  • Exhibitions (approx 6-8 each year)
  • Other methods of direct outreach

Company Structure

  • Role reports to Marketing Manager
  • You will be 1 of a 4-5 person marketing team
  • TaskSpace have approximately 20-25 staff across the design and management office

Working model

  • Full time
  • Office based
  • Hours to suit candidate, approximately 8am to 5pm
  • Option for hybrid working once your feet are under the table

Salary

  • Core package – £30k to £45k
  • Fixed bonus per qualifying appointment arranged
  • Company profit share scheme once probation completed (Growth By Sharing – you will get an uncapped % of extra annual pay, paid quarterly, once the company profits reach a point of business sustainability and continue to grow through the year. Company financials are shared with all staff)

Interview process

  • 15 minute intro video call with Marketing Manager – no preparation required
  • 45-60 minute in person interview at TaskSpace Design Centre
  • 30-45 minute in person interview – meet various team members
