The Role
Purpose
- Facilitate effective performance of Business Development Manager by looking after their admin
- Support Marketing Coordinator with content creation, organic outreach and marketing activity
Likely daily activities
Business Development
- Time and task management on behalf of the BDM
- Client and prospect research
- Planning of visits and exhibitions
- Your success is the BDM not having to do any admin, they are only ever communicating with clients & prospects
Marketing
- Email marketing
- Postal and hard copy mailings
- Social media management and content
- Organisation of exhibitions/events
- Photoshoots and video
Company Structure
- Role reports to Marketing Manager
- You will be 1 of a 4-5 person marketing team
- TaskSpace have approximately 20-25 staff across the design and management office
Working model
- Full time
- Office based
- Hours to suit candidate, approximately 8am to 5pm
- Option for hybrid working once onboarding complete
Salary
- Core package – £25k to £30k
- Company profit share scheme once probation completed (Growth By Sharing – you will get an uncapped % of extra annual pay, paid quarterly, once the company profits reach a point of business sustainability and continue to grow through the year)

Interview process
- 15 minute intro video call with Marketing Manager – no preparation required
- 45-60 minute in person interview at TaskSpace Design Centre
- 30-45 minute in person interview at TaskSpace Design Centre – meet various team members
